Senior Director Cloud information Services

Our Client is a global leader in Technology having global presence we are looking for Senior Director Cloud information Services for Pune office

Primary Responsibilities:

- Minimum of 18 years of global work experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in operating a remote shared services center and liaising with a global leadership team

- Experience in leading a large and broad function with operational, customer-facing, and cloud-focused service delivery teams including overseeing a 24x7x365 operations center

- Experience with managing technical personnel, in service delivery teams that span multiple shifts

- Strong business acumen and strategic vision, consistently aligning the division's objectives with the overarching goals of the organization

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with India and global leaders

- Excellent advocacy skills and effective collaboration on a global scale

- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences

- Ability to interact efficiently and effectively with all audiences ranging from C-level executives to individual contributors

- Knowledge of Enterprise security policies and standards

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Applications or a related discipline

- SAS Platform administration experience

Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies

- Build, recruit, retain and mentor the future leaders of

- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer and/or service issues

- Effective collaboration with global teams within and outside of organisation

- Continuous improvement and innovation in the way in which global services are delivered including how to promote and grow CIS division

- Management and leadership for CIS division in Pune, India

- Hires and retains outstanding talent focused on customer delivery and support

- Works with the global CIS Leadership team (Global Service Owners) to establish, improve and scale the local CIS team
