Associate Vice President - Investor Servicing - AIF (5-15 yrs)

1. An ideal candidate would have experience of 10-12 years in Wealth or Asset Management industry

2. Would prefer majority of the experience in the areas of Investor Relations (IR) & Servicing, specifically related to various periodic investor communication/ statements, onboarding etc.

3. Having worked on investor servicing for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) would be a distinct advantage.

4. Should be well versed with investor onboarding and KYC requirements, capital call/ drawdown and distribution communication processes, periodic investor reporting including SoAs, quarterly fund updates, process/ documents related to quarterly and year-end tax related reporting to investors etc.

5. Someone with a knack of creating and performing standard processes related to IR servicing as above.

6. Having managed a small team would be an advantage but is not compulsory.

7. Must have good verbal and written communication skills as independent coordination with internal support teams (legal, compliance, marketing, product, auditors etc.), sales team and external vendors (RTAs, Trustees etc.) would be required.
