Mechanical Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Carryout Design & Testing of SPM , Other Mechanical machines.
• Project Management includes Planning, Designing, Documentation & Testing
• Documentation of various aspects including Inspection Call, Inspection Report, Test Reports, Minutes Of Meeting, Fabrication & Painting sheet,
• Estimation and Costing of Project
• Designing of General Arrangement Diagram, Single Line Diagram and develop AutoCAD drawings as per customer requirement.
• Study the customer specification.
• Preparing BOM according to client inquiry.
• Component selections & suggestion..
• Preparation of all documents like As built drawing, BOM, Testing Report & Dispatch Report

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have actual design experience of  SPM & assembly at least 3 years.
• Should have good knowledge of Special Purpose machines and experience of designing  2-3 years.
• Should guide manufacturing team while production and ensure to meet time line.
• Should have knowledge of  design Softwares like Autocad, Solid works
