Junior Design Engineer/Sr. Design Engineer/ Assistant Manager Design

1). Jr. Engineer (Design)-3 Nos

Key Responsibilities :

1 Designing of Special Purpose Machines, Fixtures & Automation Projects 2 Ensure the design of machines within allocated budget 3 Ensuring overall quality of the design as per SMT standards/guidelines 4 Preparing Mfg. drawings & Bill Of Materials for Commercial Items 5 Estimating machine manufacturing costs.

Skillset Required :

1 Hands on experience in SPMs, Measuring Equipements, Fixtures Designing 3 Knowledge on various machining, fabrication & sheet metal processes and associated tolerances , GD&T 4 Knowledge on properties of engineering materials & selection 5 Familiar with bought-out components like Bearings, Linear Guides, Couplings, Belt & Pulleys, Fastners, their selection and usage. 6 knowledge on selection of automation components like different motors, sensors and their usage. 7 Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics 8 Hands on experience on any 3D CAD modelling software, preferable Solidworks & AutoCAD

Qualification Required :

1 Diploma/BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering with1-3 yrs of experience 2 Good written & verbal communication skills

2)Sr. Design Engineer-3 Nos

Key Responsibilities:

1 Designing of Special Purpose Machines and ensure First-Time-Right design 2 Ensure the design of machines within allocated budget 3 Conduct Design reviews with management 4 Resolving technical issues/queries of execution team as well as machining vendors 5 Ensuring overall quality of the design as per SMT standards/guidelines 6 Technical support to Procurement team 7 Estimating machine manufacturing costs .

Skillset Required:

1 Hands on experience in SPMs, Measuring Equipements, Fixtures Designing 3 Good Knowledge on various machining, fabrication & sheet metal processes and associated tolerances , GD&T 4 Good Knowledge on properties of engineering materials & selection 5 Good knowledge on bought-out components like Bearings, Linear Guides, Couplings, Belt & Pulleys, Fastners, their selection and usage. 6 Operational knowledge on automation components like different motors, sensors and their usage. 7 Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics 8 Hands on experience on any 3D CAD modelling software, preferable Solidworks & AutoCAD

Key Responsibilities

1 Lead the mechanical designer team for Special Purpose Machine designing and ensure First-Time-Right design 2 Monitoring design progress and adapt work as required to meet design deadlines 3 Ensure the design of machines within allocated budget 4 Conduct Design reviews with team & management 5 Conduct DAP with customers & getting their approval in time 6 Resolving technical issues/queries of execution team as well as machining vendors 7 Ensuring overall quality of the design as per SMT standards/guidelines 8 Technical support to Procurement team 9 Managing Design department hardwares & softwares 10 Estimating machine manufacturing costs

Skillset Required

1 Hands on experience in SPMs, Measuring Equipements, Fixtures Designing 2 Good Leadership Skills 3 Good Knowledge on various machining, fabrication & sheet metal processes and associated tolerances , GD&T 4 Good Knowledge on properties of engineering materials & selection 5 Good knowledge on bought-out components like Bearings, Linear Guides, Couplings, Belt & Pulleys, Fastners, their selection and usage. 6 Operational knowledge on automation components like different motors, sensors and their usage. 7 Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics 8 Hands on experience on any 3D CAD modelling software, preferable Solidworks & AutoCAD

4) Trainee Engineer (Design) - 02 Nos.

Key Responsibilities

1 Assist to Design Engineers for Designing, Modelling & Detailing for SPM Sub-Assembling, Parts, Preparing Mfg. drawings, BOMs, Incorporating Design changes, Design activities related to improvements, trials etc..

Skillset Required

1 Should have certified 3D CAD course in any 3D CAD software, Solidworks will be preferred, Good analytical skills

Qualification Required

1 Diploma/BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering with 0-1 yrs of experience 2 Good written & verbal communication skills
