Salesforce Automation Tester - Java/Selenium (6-8 yrs)

Role Description :

As a Salesforce Automation Tester, you will be a key contributor to our QA efforts. You will be responsible for defining and implementing automation strategies, developing test scripts, and ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards. Your experience in creating and improving end-to-end automation projects will be highly valuable.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Java Selenium.

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks.

- Perform regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing.

- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed established quality standards.

- Utilize Salesforce Admin domain knowledge to understand requirements and design effective test cases.

- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand Salesforce configurations and customizations.

- Define and implement testing efficiencies and automation strategies.

- Lead and improve end-to-end automation projects.

- Implement new automation frameworks with minimal dependency.

- Lead and work with onshore and offshore teams.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless testing processes.

- Perform strong analytical problem-finding and problem-solving.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing issues.

- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports.

- Document automation frameworks and processes.

- Utilize Provar Automation for Salesforce testing, if applicable.

- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business needs.

- Multi-task and manage priorities effectively.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Automation Tester.

- Experience in creating, improving, or leading an end-to-end automation project.

- Strong technical skills in Java Selenium.

- Salesforce Admin domain knowledge with QA automation experience.

- Experience with automation frameworks.

- Knowledge of Salesforce testing best practices.

- Experience with Provar Automation is an added advantage.
