Peoplesoft FSCM Techno-Functional Developer (4-5 yrs)

Role Description :

As a PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Developer, you will be a key contributor to our PeopleSoft projects. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into functional designs, developing technical solutions, and ensuring the stability and performance of our PeopleSoft systems. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and your expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM modules will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities :

- Perform fit/gap analysis and document the results.

- Handle keep/drop analysis and document the results.

- Translate customer requirements into PeopleSoft functional designs.

- Understand and work with PeopleSoft Order Management, Billing, Project Costing, AR, AP, AM, and GL modules.

- Handle application security requirements.

- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft customizations using PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface).

- Create and modify reports using BI Publisher and PS Query.

- Develop and manage integrations using Integration Broker.

- Utilize Excel to CI and File Layouts for data migration and integration.

- Participate in PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade projects.

- Perform impact analysis of compare reports.

- Ensure adherence to PeopleSoft best practices.

- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex application and interface issues.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Understand and apply the principles of the SDLC.

- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM.

- Experience working in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and corresponding latest PeopleTools (8.58, 8.59) is an added advantage.

- Experience working in PeopleSoft implementation and/or upgrade projects.

- Strong knowledge of PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface).

- Experience with BI Publisher and PS Query.

- Experience with Integration Broker.

- Proficient in using Excel to CI and File Layouts.

- Understanding of PeopleSoft Order Management, Billing, Project Costing, AR, AP, AM, and GL modules.

- Good understanding of the SDLC.

- Ability to perform fit/gap analysis and documentation.
