Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Sr. Sales Manager based in Pune, India
The Sales manager will be responsible for meeting revenue generation targets aligned to Partex annual business goals for chosen geography, conduct sales operations, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ID, generation and qualification: Proactively reach out to potential customers and leads to generate new business opportunities. Identify and qualify leads through targeted outreach and research.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, lasting relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Communicate Partex's products, offerings and value propositions effectively through email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities and prospects in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, delivery, pre-sales, sales enablement teams to support and achieve company sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience: 5 - 10 years of previous experience in lead generation, lead conversion and established ability to turn prospects into sales opportunities with a demonstrated track record of deal closure and revenue generation
- Domain and industry relevant experience: Pharma, Biotech, Life science, preclinical and clinical CRO, healthcare sales experience and established network is required to be successful in this role. Discovery, R&D sales experience and exposure to AI industry is preferred.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding spoken and written English skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Independent Contributor: Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while staying highly productive.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and nurture long-term client relationships. Building strong internal working relationships with delivery and product team
Sales Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) is desirable.
