Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Associate - People Operations provides comprehensive human resources support within Inito, encompassing a broad spectrum of responsibilities including employee relations, policy implementation and managing the entire employee life cycle starting from onboarding to exit.

Direct Reports: 0

Key Accountabilities:
- Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees addressing queries..
- Policy implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures across Inito
- Employee engagement: Execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation and job satisfaction.
- HR technology and data management: Utilize HRIS and other tools to manage and maintain HR related data and records.
Working Relationships:
Internal: All employees at Inito
External: Third party vendors, statutory authorities (as required)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably as HR Generalist
Qualification:
Bachelors / Masters degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
Skills:
- Proficiency with Human Resource Information Systems
- Understanding of labour laws, regulation and compliance
- Event planning and management skills
