Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Function : Human Resource Management
Reporting To : Head HR
Work Mode : 5 days WFO
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and accountability of the smooth functioning of HR Operations in the organization.
- Manage and assist in all the steps of the Employee Life Cycle.
- Take ownership of Employer Brand Management on different platforms for improving the ORM of the organization.
- Assist in the running of the quarterly review cycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (KEKA), including employment history, performance evaluations, and compliance-related documentation.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Handle exit formalities and maintain records of offboarding processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment management in IT organization.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software like keka and any ATS Portal to manage HR processes.
- Exposure to IT recruitment with a basic understanding of tech roles.
- Knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance in IT organization.
- Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth in HR.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
