Manager -Spare (AMT)

Manager of spare sales is required to plan, structure, develop and achieve the sales target of Spares, AMC, Services provided to the customers while ensuring focus on Customer Satisfaction and support.

Meeting Customer finalization of Spares Quotation,.

Responsibilities.

In coordination with Service and Digital Team, Person will find scope of offering Spares/AMC Quotation.

Finalizing quote with Customers and converting it into the PO.

Ensuring PO comes with increase of 7% on last year prices.

Coordination of Field Spares team, motivating them and aligning with AMT revenues.

Coordination with Sales team to keep them in loop about how Customers are reacting over prices.

Coordination with Expact teams for getting spares prices, ensuring timely billing to end user.

Tracking all data for Parts Sales.

Basic Qualifications.

(Essential qualifications, language, driving licence etc).

Diploma/Engineer with 10+ year of Experience with OEMs handling Corp Customers and Team of 5/6 peoples.

Knowledge of Rotating products for Service and spares.

Multilingual will be additional advantage.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements.

40% travel and 60 % from Head office.

Handling all field sales team and Customers.

Key Competencies.

Absolute KEY skills needed for role.

Negotiation.

Product knowledge of similar field.

Good personality to handle Corp Customers.

Humble and pleasant in nature.
