Roles & Responsibilities: Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers. Design and update job descriptions. Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally. Source potential candidates from various online channels. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person). Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. Requirements & skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases. Experience with MS Office. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting. Organizational skills. BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field. Work Location Delhi (In-Office).
