HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting introductory sessions.
• Help maintain employee records ,dashboards and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide support in HR-related projects and initiatives.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Handle HR-related queries and provide timely assistance to employees.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (in Human Resources, Business Administration Preferred), or a related field
• Strong interest in human resources and desire to build a career in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Should be ready work 5 days (Mon to Fri) 2 days WFO.

Any Graduates / Post Graduates who can work from 9 AM to 6 PM.
