Job Description
To advance Wadhwani Foundations vision and intended outcomes, we are seeking a leader to head the WF Impact programs. He should devise strategy to measure and evaluateprogramimpact on the beneficiaries in addition to driving insights tofurther improve the programs. Reporting to Director - Impact, your primaryresponsibility is to oversee and enhance the theoretical frameworks guiding allprograms within the organization. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role inselecting research methods, overseeing data collection, and managing outcomesresearch vendors to ensure the effective measurement and analysis of short-,medium-, and long-term program outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Leaddevelopment and refinement of Theory of Change across all WF programs
Selecteffective research methods, both experimental and quasi-experimental, tomeasure short-, medium-, and long-term outcomes
Establishand verify effectiveness of data collection methods for outcomes data
Overseesophisticated outcomes data analyses conducted by internal and externalresources
Serveas SME for negotiations with and management of vendors supporting outcomesresearch
ImpactOperational Support
Qualifications:
- PhD in statistics, economics, sociology, or comparable discipline
- Outstanding strategic and operational leadership in outcomesmeasurement at social impact organization
- With significant experience in using statistical model for large scaleimpact (millions of beneficiaries)
- Deep experience deploying a wide range of experimental andquasi-experimental methods to measure outcomes effectivel
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
