Position Overview. We are seeking a Director of Impact Financing to join our leadership team. The incumbent will focus on developing and implementing innovative financial solutions that drive positive social and environmental impact, with a primary focus on circular economy initiatives through the inREPLACE Circularity Hub. This role extends to other key sectors such as climate change, sustainable cities, blue finance, healthcare, education and skilling, and agriculture, offering a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change through innovative financial solutions across multiple high-impact areas. Circularity Hub Leadership. Lead the structuring and operationalization of the USAID supported inREPLACE Circularity Hub. Designing and structuring blended finance vehicle. Leverage public and private capital for maximum impact in circular economy initiative. Developing innovative financial instruments to address funding gaps in plastic waste management, alternative packaging and recycling sector. sFund mobilization and leveraging resources for the inREPLACE Circularity Hu. bManage investment portfolio performance, focusing on circular economy and sustainability metric. sDevelop and implement risk management strategies for circular economy investment. sEstablish impact metrics and KPIs for investments in circular economy project. sLead impact assessment and reporting processes for the Circularity Hu. bEnsure compliance with impact investing standards and regulation. s.
