Senior Analyst Education

Key Performance Area: Business Strategy: Assist in tracking business development opportunities coming up in the sector and support in fulfilling business development responsibilities including day to day operational details along with project review and support.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices, policies, and interventions in early childhood education and assist in analyzing data and trends related to early childhood development, education, and socio-economic factors.
Project Support: Provide support in the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects related to early childhood education along with collaborating with team members to contribute insights and recommendations for project improvement.
Program Design: Assist in the design and development of early childhood education programs that align with international standards and best practices along with contributing to the creation of educational materials, resources, and training modules.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities in the field of early childhood education and support in organizing meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and documentation for various projects, maintain accurate records and databases related to project activities.
Capacity Building: Contribute to the development of training programs for educators and caregivers in the early childhood sector along with providing support in delivering training sessions and workshops as needed.
Essential skillset: Advanced analytical skills, with experience of collecting, organizing, and disseminating information.
Understanding of early education/education principles and concepts.
Ability to create high quality reports and presentations.
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
Solution-oriented and an excellent team player.
Competency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Must be open to frequent travel to field locations for longer durations.
Educational Qualification: At least 2 years of experience in Policy review and development, conducting research, designing programs, project management, project delivery, business development.
Master's degree in a relevant field such as economics, international development, education, or a related field.
