The Associate Manager Education Programs will be responsible for the design, execution, and management of education-focused CSR projects, including skill development, STEM education, scholarship programs, and other educational initiatives. This role requires an individual with a deep passion for education, strong project management skills, and experience in CSR or development projects. The Associate Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs that align with BharatCares mission and objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Program Design and Implementation:
Develop and manage education-focused CSR projects, including skill development programs, STEM initiatives, scholarship programs, and other educational projects.
Collaborate with educational institutions, NGOs, and community organizations to design and execute impactful programs.
Ensure that all programs are designed to meet the needs of the target beneficiaries and align with the organization s strategic goals.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the day-to-day management of education and CSR projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed reports on outcomes and impact.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, corporate partners, and community organizations.
Engage with beneficiaries to understand their needs and ensure that programs are effectively addressing educational challenges.
Represent BharatCares at meetings, events, and conferences related to education and CSR.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and impact of education programs.
Collect and analyze data to measure program outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for program improvement.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including communications, finance, and HR, to ensure cohesive program delivery.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members, interns, and volunteers involved in education projects.
Foster a collaborative working environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure that all education and CSR projects comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Prepare and submit required documentation and reports to regulatory bodies, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the education and CSR sectors.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
A Master s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing education-related projects, including skill development, STEM initiatives, and scholarship programs.
Strong understanding of CSR regulations, frameworks, and best practices related to education.
Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and program design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
