Roles & Responsibilities:.
? Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers.
? Design and update job descriptions.
? Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
? Source potential candidates from various online channels.
? Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
? Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
? Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
? Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
? Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
? Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Requirements & skills:.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases.
? Experience with MS Office.
? Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
? Organizational skills.
? BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
