We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Knowledge Repository Portal Administrator to manage and maintain our organisation's knowledge repository portal.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a keen understanding of knowledge management principles, and the ability to ensure the portal's content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Key Responsibilities:.
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the knowledge repository portal.
Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of information within the portal by regularly updating and reviewing content.
Organise and categorise information in a logical and user-friendly manner to enhance usability and accessibility.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and upload new content, ensuring it meets the organisation's standards and guidelines.
Implement and manage content approval workflows to maintain high-quality information within the portal.
Provide training and support to users on how to effectively utilise the knowledge repository portal.
Monitor portal usage and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the portal, working closely with the External Developer as needed.
Develop and maintain documentation and user guides for the portal.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:.
Bachelor's degree in English, Information Management, Library Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing a knowledge repository or similar content management system.
