Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
- The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance online presence, and maximize lead generation.
- This role involves strategic planning, leveraging emerging technologies, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for strategic positioning.
Brand Building:
- Build and maintain a strong online brand presence for the Company.
- Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns through various digital channels.
Customer Acquisition:
- Implement customer acquisition strategies to drive traffic and leads to the deployed online platform(s).
- Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion.
Emerging Technologies:
- Stay abreast with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
- Identify and integrate innovative tools and platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital marketing efforts.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that showcases the Company's expertise.
- Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to engage the target audience.
- Leverage social platforms for customer interaction.
Portal management:
- Oversee the acquisition of high quality leads through online portals, manage vendor relationships and ensure efficient transaction processes.
- Optimize portal lead acquisition and conversion, through data analysis and collaboration with Sales Function.
BTL Activities:
- Plan, ensure execution and oversee BTL Marketing activities to drive offline engagement, brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Co-ordinate various promotional events like property expos, local community engagements and sponsorships that complement and are consistent with the Brand messaging and other online marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Mster's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in strategic digital marketing, with a focus on the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successful online brand building and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
