Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management.
- Lead and oversee the overall fields sales team.
- Drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships.
- Develop and implement innovative sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Foster and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with regional representatives and executives.
- Attend conferences and exhibitions as required to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with developers to generate additional opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Heads, Courses & Events Team Leader, and colleagues to implement proposed changes and improvements.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and solidify its market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members by assessing their strengths and weaknesses, ensuring effective team management and professional development.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, ensuring both individual and collective goals are met.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market (preferred). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on growth and relationship management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software (preferred). Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
