About the Role:

- As the Alliances and Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances and partnerships that align with our company's goals.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these partnerships, from initial engagement through to implementation and ongoing management.

- This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

Responsibilities Includes:

Managing relationships:

- Maintaining and developing relationships with partners to achieve shared goals.

Aligning goals:

- Ensuring that the goals and expectations of all partners are aligned.

Resolving conflicts:

- Addressing any conflicts that may arise between partners.

Identifying opportunities:

- Identifying potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's objectives.

Developing strategies:

- Developing and implementing strategies for partnerships and alliances.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders:

- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and management of partners.

Monitoring performance:

- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the partnership, and making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- An advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.

Experience: 2 -4- years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership performance.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the industry landscape and market dynamics relevant to our business.
