Role & responsibilities

Screening Candidates: Review and evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in selecting suitable candidates for CSR-related roles or initiatives.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, including reports, project updates, and training progress for stakeholders.

Coordinating Training & Certification: Organize and oversee training programs, ensuring

employees receive relevant certifications and develop the necessary skills for CSR initiatives.

Program Development: Support the creation and implementation of CSR programs that align with the company values and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of CSR initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track the effectiveness of CSR programs and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with candidate screening and training coordination.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of CSR practices and relevant certifications.
