Training & Placement Officer

Role & Responsibilities

-To look after the training and placement activities of students.

-Candidate will be responsible for the overall placements of students.

-Candidate will be responsible for finding out vacancies and placing the relevant students.

-Candidate will be responsible for corporate and industry tie- ups.

-Interacting with Faculty & students for the planning and implementation of placements.

-Create a strong connection with employers to help our students secure employment.

-Work together with the course instructors to comprehend students skill sets and match them

with appropriate career prospects.

-Plan and carry out career-related events, such as job fairs.

-Help students define their professional paths and prepare for their futures by offering them career help and mentoring for interviews.

-Perform in-depth research on the job market to be up to date on industry developments.

-Encourage consistent communication with the appropriate management and trainers.

Preferred candidate profile

-Prior experience of minimum 3 years in a college / university.

-Experience of conducting and reviewing employability skill assessments .

-Strong connections with potential recruiters .

-Experience of placements in management programs.
