Responsibilities
Vanguard program is a recently won large deal which covers almost all areas of work application operations and maintenance, application development, business operations and transformation . As part of the program, we are to transition the work from existing independent contractors in the company within 3 month timeline with stringent SLA applicabilitytarget SLA of near 100 from day 1 of steady state operations
