Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems using Cyara Automation.
- Develop scripts for IVR testing using tools like CYARA and VXML.
- Provide technical support to customers on IVR-related queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IVR testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in CC IVR testing or similar role.
- B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
- Strong understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), IVR testing concepts, and VXML scripting languages.
