Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain IVR applications using various tools such as Genesys WFM, CTI, XML's (VXML & CCXML), Asterisk CLI commands, and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to call routing, IVR flows, and database integration.
- Ensure high availability of IVR systems by monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in IVR development with a strong understanding of its components (e.g., audio files, prompts).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (BCA or B.Sc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or JavaScript; knowledge of shell scripting is an added advantage.
