Job Description
Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities) Strictly with IVR background (IVR Concepts/Call Flow) & Cyara tool
Minimum 10+ years of IT experience with relevant experience working in Functional/Automation Testing Project.
Experience in writing DB queries preferably for MS SQL Server
Experience in validating SOAP and REST based services .MUST
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team.
Experience in working in Agile projects
Business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable.
Expected to work in 2-11PM IST shift
Experience with ALM or any other Test Management Tool
Should be able to work independently and complete the given work without much support.
Should work in Hybrid Model and in given locations only Mandatory skills*
