- Performance Testing Experience : 5+ years
- Performance Engineer focused on strengthening quality and performance of different products.
- Water Fall, Agile and Scrum methodologies while monitoring performance, reviewing processes and recommending updates.
- Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management Configuration Management.
- Team-minded and hardworking with strong communication, Client Interaction, Critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
- Performance Testing and Engineering.
- Technology-> Infra_ToolAdministration -Performance Management-> AppDynamics
- Tools: JMeter LoadRunner (Mandatory) ; Jenkins, CICD setup, Datadog
- Should Work in Shift Time [2 11 PM IST].
- Thought leadership and Research capabilities
- Ability to evaluate and propose best-of-breed tools and engineering best-practices
- Deeply self-motivated with the ability to work independently, coordinating activities within cross-regional and multi-functional teams
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- A passion for excellence, innovation, and teamwork; eager to learn and adapt every day
- Proven track record to quickly learn, adapt and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and deadline driven environment
