Location-Bangalore

• 4-6 years experience in a Change and Release Manager
• Experience of working in an IT/Technical environment with good understanding of Agile and DevOps principles
• Strong Service Management process knowledge and experience (ITIL4 is preferred)
• Constantly improve the Change & Release Management process keeping user centricity and industry best practices
• Strong experience of preparing reports, dashboards and quality presentations reporting major issues related to changes to senior management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate both technical and non-technical levels
• Strong ability to influence and build working relationships with key stakeholders and internal stakeholders
• ServiceNow experience is highly preferred
