Educational Requirements & Skills:

Must Have

• Graduate in any stream with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Performance Management Admin.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in HR Operations.
• Results and deadline driven.
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.).
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook) Good to have.
• Experience with performance management systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

Description:

The Performance Management Administrator (PMA) is responsible for supporting the performance management transaction processing across the organization. The activities may include:

• Processing of Performance management transactional Activities such as Employee Forms (such as Goals Update, Form routing, Proxy Management).
• Supporting the Annual performance cycle activities by publishing the report.
• Track and report on performance management data, including performance ratings, employee development plans, and goals.
• Process & perform quality checks on Performance Management Admin activities.
• Help on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions on Performance Management Admin activities.
• Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols.
• Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations.
• Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers.
