Educational Requirements & Skills:

Must Have

• Graduate in any stream with minimum 1-3 yrs. Compensation Admin.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in HR Operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results and deadline driven.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Good to have.

• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.).
• Basic understanding of Compensation Admin process

Description:

• The Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee compensation activities. This includes maintaining employee compensation records and providing support to employees and managers compensation transaction in HRMS system. Transaction processing that are include below activities:
• • Mass Load Compensation & Performance Data in HRIS for Annual Salary.
• • Update Compensation Adjustments (Merit Increase).
• • Administer & process changes to compensation as and when required.
• • Compliance Reporting support.
• • Process/Update bonus data in the system.
• • Reporting on bonus payout.
• • Handle Employee Inquiries.
• • Expat Set UP/Changes, Expat Payroll & Tax Support.
• • Publish Ad hoc & Scheduled reports.
• • Respond to employees queries as needed.
• • Maintain service level agreements and KPIs.
• • Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Pointers to note:

Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
