Job description

• Job Location: Jaipur
• Qualification: BE/B. Tech is preferred
• Shifts: 24*7 Shift
• Experience: 3+ Years
• Role: Core IT OPS
• Notice Period: Immediate

Skills and other requirement

• 3-4 years relevant experience in working on infrastructure operations for MNCs with minimum 1000 end users.
• Experience in managing multiple Active Directories, Anti-Virus Servers, Workspace One, MDT servers, Hyper-V, VMWare, IIS etc…
• Active working knowledge of Windows, networking, storage, firewalls, security practices and certifications like MCSE, CCNA, ITIL processes etc…
• Excellent customer facing capabilities, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Day to day management of infrastructure operations in Infosys data centers
• PC, Email Exchange, IT Operations & Security, including Service Desk
• 24/7 support exposure preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Education: BE is preferred.
• More than 3 years of relevant IT experience
• Should be experienced in day-to-day IT support with respect to managing endpoints - desktops, laptops, IP Phones.
• Should have good knowledge in implementation & administration of servers.
• Knowledge on Active Directory Services, DHCP & DNS.
• Basic administration of LAN infrastructure (switches/firewall/ routers).
• Attend to service requests and incidents, Analyze the root cause and provide solutions to meet the defined SLA target and avoid repeated incidents.
• Handle system and network related issues and handle 1st & 2nd level IT incidents and IT service requests.
• Candidate should be aware of different tools used for capacity management, availability managements.
• Experience in Asset management and various IT reports.
• Should be flexible to work in different shift timings and coordinate with different teams across geographies.
