Roles and Responsibilities

Technical (Network Related)

• Provide comprehensive user support services for PC and Mac platforms, video conference equipment, printers , Telephone systems, and general IT hardware / software.
• Managing all types of Servers & Workstations.
• Managing Storage appliances.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Troubleshoot issues and outages in terms of IT Infrastructure
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, cloud hardware

Desired Candidate Profile

Operational (User Related)

• Managing and monitoring the CCTV system infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for supported desktop / servers, including failures and full system outages.
• Train staff on software usage, security protocols, and IT best practices.
• Maintain asset inventory and collaborate with external suppliers for potential orders / equipment. Establish and maintain good relationship with vendors.
• Skills Required:
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Expertise in networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Email Administration Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Video Conferencing platform : Zoom, Google meet etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Domain & Website management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Required Certifications (Optional).

• Microsoft certification on cloud applications
• Cisco certification on network
