Position: Front Desk Operator (On rolls of Colliers)

Nature of Site: Corporate

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving telephone calls and aligning the needs during the shift time by coordinating with team as needed.
• Must have Telephone etiquettes in regards to answering calls, transferring calls, putting call on hold, noting messages, answering calls in first 3 rings.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Front Desk / Visitor Management Managing Front desk / reception operations.
• Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
• Good command over English & good telephone management skills, updating records/ trackers related to Workplace
• Any additional duties assigned as per business requirement time to time.

Desired Profile:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and mail communication.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and relationship building skills required.
