IT Support Executive, Silvassa

Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a IT Support Executive who will be based in our plant at Falandi in Silvassa.

JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

• User Support: Provide responsive and effective support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
• Configuration and Customization: Collaborate with the IT team to configure and customize SAP Business One modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, solutions, and system changes, creating and updating documentation as needed.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the stability and reliability of SAP Business One.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, providing recommendations for enhancements or updates.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to address complex issues and implement system changes.
• Coordinate and follow-up with Vendors for quotations and support
• Invoice booking, process for payment and maintain records
• Backup of Remote locations (Taloja, Turbhe, Bhiwandi), Data center.
• MIS Preparation
• Booking PO GRPO in SAP
• CCTV Log preparation across all location

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years in Desktop Support or similar role.
