Executive / Asst. Manager - Maintenance, Silvassa

Opportunity with Nandan Petrochem Ltd. a Nandan Group Company for oils, lubricants and greases business as a Executive / Asst. Manager who will be handling Maintenance and will be based in our plant at Falandi in Silvassa.

JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :

• Handling day to day maintenance activities of overall plant.
• Troubleshooting overall plant machineries, utility and electrical installations.
• Handling maintenance of packing machines, labelling machines, gearbox, pumps, mixers, coolers and utilities like air compressor, Thermic fluid heater, RO plant.
• Doing shift work planning and deputation of workmen accordingly.
• Follow statutory compliances pertaining to maintenance.
• Will be following maintenance practices like process improvement, safety, PM, RCA, FMEA, Kaizen, Poka Yoke
• Implementation and adhering to systems

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

• Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance.
• Experience in FMCG or Lube industry will be preferred.
• Should have sound and working knowledge of ISO systems and maintenance practices like PM, RCA, FMEA, Safety, Kaizen, Poka Yoke
