The BDM will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in IT and/or recruitment sales).
- Proven track record in successfully closing complex sales deals in IT solutions, recruitment, and IT project services.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, recruitment processes, and project sales cycle.
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics software.
