Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced US Recruiter (IT/Non IT) specializing in recruitment to join our team. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the industry who are actively looking for new opportunities.

• Looking for a recruiter who can help us with our clients hiring. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision.
• Source candidates from various job boards such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed ZipRecruiter, etc. using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
• Set up interviews and facilitate the offer process by extending the offer.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it from start to finish.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done according to employment laws and regulations.
• Update daily activities in our internal ATS.
