Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles within the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow management.
  
• Utilize various tools such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Remote Workers to source top talent.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of W2 employment regulations and compliance requirements.
  
• Excellent people management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
