Us It Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process, an ability to identify and attract top IT talent, and a passion for building strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, system architects, QA specialists, and more.
• Recruitment Strategy: Utilize a variety of sourcing tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
• Database Management: Maintain and update an organized database of candidates and client interactions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, client-specific requirements, and company policies.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment strategies in the US market.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in US IT recruitment, with expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of US tax terms like W2, C2C, 1099, and employment visas (H1B, GC, OPT, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in US time zones.
• Strong IT industry knowledge to evaluate technical skills effectively.
