Job Title: Business Development and Strategy -US Staffing

Location: Noida, Sector 58

Shift Timings- 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Department: Business Development / Strategy
Reports To: Director of Business Development / Head of Strategy


Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Strategy

Consultant to join our growing team within the US staffing industry. This individual will be responsible for driving growth through strategic business development initiatives, fostering relationships with key clients, expanding our service offerings, and ensuring that our staffing solutions meet the evolving needs of the market. Excellent Communication is Required.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the staffing domain in the US, including workforce trends, hiring needs, and best practices. This role requires strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills to effectively plan and execute business expansion strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Lead and manage end-to-end business development activities in the US staffing space.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients across various industries, focusing on both enterprise-level clients and mid-market companies.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations to drive sales and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for expansion and improvement.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute campaigns aimed at generating leads and promoting brand awareness.
    • Manage and negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
    • Develop and implement long-term strategies to position the company as a market leader in the US staffing sector.
    • Create and execute a comprehensive business development plan, outlining sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and measurable goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to define key strategies, tactics, and operational processes that will support business growth.
    • Monitor and assess performance metrics to determine success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely project execution, and customer satisfaction.
    • Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of staffing solutions to clients, meeting quality and time expectations.
    • Address any client issues or concerns, providing timely resolutions and maintaining a high level of service.
  • Market and Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and staffing challenges within the US.
    • Analyze market data to inform decisions and uncover opportunities for business optimization.
    • Provide insights to senior leadership based on trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to inform the strategic direction.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with recruitment, operations, and human resources teams to ensure alignment in business development and strategy goals.
    • Train, mentor, and support team members involved in sales and client engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategy, or sales, specifically in the US staffing or recruitment domain.
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including the latest trends, regulations, and workforce solutions.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and meeting sales/revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically and driving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
