Business Process Manager (EMEA) - Warehouse Management

Roles and responsibilities

• Design any new business process or enhance any existing ones as needed
• Conceptualize optimal and innovative solutions to business problems
• Manage business demand, prioritize and balance with delivery capability
• Work with SAP and any other technical teams to optimally design processes and deliver, maintaining integrity of the process template
• Drive process transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Address process queries from business as well as SAP teams.
• Create/maintain process documentation, conduct user training.
• Stakeholder management, communication with business, global process owner teams and IT teams.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

• 10+ years experience in the relevant business process working on the business side of a manufacturing company along with knowledge of related areas.
• Knowledge of how this business process is implemented in SAP.
• Experience of collaborating with a global team.
• Strong communication skills and Stakeholder management.

Ideally, you\ll also have:

• Demonstrated performance as a Process Owner in SAP implementations, rollouts and operations.
• Fluency in one or more European languages relevant to the area.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation and/or a big consultancy.
