Job Description
Business Process Manager (EMEA) - Supply Chain Management
Roles and responsibilities
- Design any new business process or enhance any existing ones as needed
- Conceptualize optimal and innovative solutions to business problems
- Manage business demand, prioritize and balance with delivery capability
- Work with SAP and any other technical teams to optimally design processes and deliver, maintaining integrity of the process template
- Drive process transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
- Address process queries from business as well as SAP teams.
- Create/maintain process documentation, conduct user training.
- Stakeholder management, communication with business, global process owner teams and IT teams.
Expected experience, skill sets and abilities
- 10+ years experience in the relevant business process working on the business side of a manufacturing company along with knowledge of related areas.
- Knowledge of how this business process is implemented in SAP.
- Experience of collaborating with a global team.
- Strong communication skills and Stakeholder management.
Ideally, you\ll also have:
- Demonstrated performance as a Process Owner in SAP implementations, rollouts and operations.
- Fluency in one or more European languages relevant to the area.
- Experience working in a multinational organisation and/or a big consultancy.
