Roles and responsibilities

• This role oversees day-to-day operations and delivery within the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) stream.
• Responsibilities include driving enhancements and developments for projects (50%) and managing application support tasks, such as incident management and ERP system integration, for the remaining time.
• Collaborate and work with stakeholders from the business, resolver teams and external parties to ensure timely resolution of issues and completion of changes.
• Responsibility to manage stakeholder expectations, ensure adherence to processes, manage operational reporting and escalations.
• Concept for the design, harmonization, and integration of business processes in the field of logistics - SAP MM/WM.
• Planning, customizing, testing, cut-over activities for customer-specific processes or smaller changes in SAP MM/WM.
• Support small/ large enhancements & projects, initiatives in the PTP stream.
• Support AMS team in processing of SAP tickets/incidents:
  - Proactively work on incidents with Operations Lead s alignment.
  - Understand the business issues and data challenges.
  - Suggest areas of improvement, address root causes.
  - Train key and end users.
  - Coordinate with consultants from other streams such as FTM, OTC and D2S.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

• Certifications (Data Management, Microsoft Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).Experience in the SAP value stream PTP (6+ years):

  - A dvanced PTP stream knowledge (including PO/PR release strategy, Master data and vendor management).
  - End-to-End Process Customizing and Integration.
  - Knowledge of SAP WM.
  - S/4HANA knowledge (an advantage but not mandatory).
  - A good understanding of related SAP ERP Streams like OTC and D2S.
  - Attendances in Full-Circle Implementations.
  - Knowledge of ABAP (an advantage but not mandatory).

• Experience in project work and support.
• Excellent English communication along with presentation, moderation and business-partnering skills.
• The ability to work within a highly distributed team environment, multi-task and prioritise tasks.
• A performance-driven mindset, with strong work ethics and integrity.

Ideally, you ll also have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Information, System Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Ability to motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
• The experience of working in a multinational organization and/or a big consultancy.
• Working experience with European clients.
• The willingness to work partly or fully during European office hours (CET).
• The willingness to learn about new technologies when the need arises.
