SAP MM P2P Functional Consultant

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP P2P Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Procure-to-Pay processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP P2P module configuration, end-to-end implementation experience, and the ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP P2P Implementation and Support:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP P2P processes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Manage and resolve issues in P2P processes, including procurement, invoicing, and payments.

Business Process Design:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and improve end-to-end P2P workflows.

Ensure best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Customization and Configuration:

Configure modules related to procurement (MM), invoice management, and accounts payable (FI).

Work with ABAP developers for customizations and enhancements when necessary.

Integration and Interfaces:

Ensure seamless integration between SAP P2P and other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, WM) and external systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

User Training and Documentation:

Conduct training sessions for end-users and create user manuals.

Develop technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

Project Management:

Manage project timelines and deliverables related to P2P enhancements or rollouts.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience with SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) module.

Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) and FI (Finance Integration).

Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and accounts payable.

Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Ability to write functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SAP Ariba or other procurement tools.

SAP certification in MM or P2P modules.

Familiarity with global business practices and tax regulations.
