Utility experience in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting using QMetry and JIRA.
In-depth knowledge and experience with SAP ISU modules: Billing, Device Management, FICA, Credit and Collections, and Payment processes.
Responsible for defect tracking and resolution, as well as preparing test cases and executing them for SAP ISU modules.
