Role & responsibilities

• Leading Project Service Delivery - FAO
• Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance
• Team Management - Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training
• Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning
• Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc.)
• Process simplification initiatives
• Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management
• Ensuring internal governance review of region
• Building relationship with client to extend the relationship base
• Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited. (internal as well as statutory)
• Monitoring of project financial and ensuring set budgets are achieved.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification CA Inter or ICMA Inter or MBA Finance

Experience 6-10 years

Industry Preference Retail/SSC

Domain Preference AP, Finance & Accounts (Domestic)

Client Management experience

Language Fluent English

Other Skills Impressive communication skills, PR mgmt. etc.

Team handling experience of 5-10 team members
