SNOW FSM Consultant

• This position involves transferring business requirements into functional requirements so that the developer can subsequently develop the project or an improvement to the system.
• Take part in the collection, analysis and documentation of business needs;
• Recommend and implement value-added solutions to meet the needs of the company;
• Take part in the basic configuration of the various modules
• Ensure the documentation of functional specifications for corrections and transmit them to developers.
• Ensure the execution and documentation of unit and acceptance tests;
• Prepare and provide user training on the projects worked on
• Identify the appropriate deployment strategy and take part in it
• Ensure adequate monitoring of projects and improvements
• Provide post-implementation support as needed
• The analyst will work on ITSM, CSM, PA, Integration Hub, FSM, and more.
• Oversee the entire ServiceNow architecture
• Coordinate with businesses to ensure that they are happy and aligned with the platform team
• Manage vendors operations team and oversee their operations
• Verify and validate the solution architecture
• Help to design and formulate the strategy for the platform with a long-term vision
• Oversee the governance of the ServiceNow projects.
