• Manage a portfolio of unsecured loans, including business loans, consumer finance, and microfinance products.
• Identify delinquent accounts and develop strategies to collect outstanding amounts from customers.
• Conduct field visits to meet with customers and negotiate payment plans or settlements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in collections processes.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in collection management or related field (e.g., credit, EMI).
• Strong understanding of unsecured loans, including business loans, consumer finance, and microfinance products.
• Proficiency in managing mobile phone applications for tracking customer interactions and updates.
