International Voice Process Executive

Conduent is hiring Customer Support Role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from international clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer requests, provide accurate information, and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements :

• min. 6months  experience in Voice Process (IVP) environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Proficiency in processing domestic voice processes and semi-voice transactions.
• Basic knowledge of KPO industry practices and procedures.
